A Sabbath Rest

I want to thank everyone who has been supporting me, encouraging me, and following the poetry, photography, and mental health videos I’ve been creating here. The past couple weeks I’ve been undergoing some new treatments for my mental health and it has left me exhausted at the end of most days. I’ve been sharing every day for the last 59 days, and it has been a wonderful experience, and my heart has so much more to share with you. I’m going to be taking a Soul Rest for some time though until I have the energy to continue sharing. It may be a day or it may be weeks, only God knows, but rest assured I will return =] Thank you again for your prayers and support. I pray you are well in this time too.

-Ryan

As my soul reaches the end
I am trudging through exhaustion
No will to lift a hand
No movement to flow.

Like a arctic chill that freezes
My hands and my mind are frozen in time.
I pray for the spring thaw
That my heart may reawaken.
